Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of 2 Minute Store (2minutestore.com, “we”) to create and run an online store, a franchise network or a store within one. By signing up or using the platform you agree to them.

1. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including staff you add.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and run a lawful business.

2. Your store and content

• You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, policies, customer service, delivery and refunds.
• Only sell lawful products and only upload content you have the right to use.
• You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to host and display it to run your store.
• Ready-made product kits are provided as a starting point; check prices, details and stock before selling.

3. Payments from your customers

Customer payments (cash on delivery, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and similar) go directly to you. We are not a party to sales between you and your customers.

4. Plans and fees

• Plans, prices and limits are shown on the website. Free trials last for the period shown.
• Plan payments are confirmed manually. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Connected services (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google)

• You may connect your own accounts to publish posts or share your product list. You confirm you are allowed to manage those accounts.
• We publish only what you create and approve, when you press Post. You are responsible for what you publish and for following each service’s own rules.
• You can disconnect at any time; see the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for fraud, spam, illegal goods, infringing content, malware, or to harm other users or the platform.

7. Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close stores that break these terms or the law, or whose plan is unpaid after the grace period. You may close your store at any time by contacting us.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and secure but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
