Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove 2 Minute Store’s access to your Facebook Page, Instagram account or TikTok account, and have the data we hold deleted, in any of these ways.

Option 1 — Disconnect in your store admin (immediate)

1. Sign in to your store admin.
2. Open Marketing → Facebook & Instagram (or TikTok).
3. Press Disconnect.

The stored Page / account IDs and access tokens are deleted from our database immediately.

Option 2 — Remove the app in Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find 2 Minute Store and choose Remove.

Our access stops at once and the token we hold no longer works. To have the remaining record deleted as well, use Option 3.

Option 3 — Ask us by email

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, your store name and the Facebook Page, Instagram or TikTok account concerned. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Facebook: the Page ID, Page name and Page access token.
• Instagram: the linked account ID, username and access token.
• TikTok: the account ID and access token.
• The record of post IDs published through 2 Minute Store for that account.

Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok stay on those services; you can delete them there.

To delete your whole store and account, email us from the address on your account.
