About 2 Minute Store

2 Minute Store (2minutestore.com) is an online store builder — software as a service (SaaS). Businesses subscribe to a plan and get their own complete online store, ready to take orders, without hiring a designer or developer.

What we sell

• Store plans (subscriptions) — monthly or yearly. Each plan includes the store, its admin panel, hosting, security and updates. Plans and their prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Starter Kits — ready product lists (one brand and product line, with photos, specifications and prices) that are added to a store in one click. Many are free; some have a one-time price.
• Optional services — such as connecting the store's own web address (.com / .pk).

Prices are set and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Visitors from other countries can see approximate prices in their own currency with the currency converter on the pricing and checkout pages.

We do not sell physical goods ourselves, and we do not hold or collect money on behalf of the stores built on our platform.

Who our customers are

• Shops and small businesses that sell in person or on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp and want a proper online store.
• Brands with several outlets or franchise partners, who run one shared product catalogue for every outlet's store.
• Most customers are in Pakistan; businesses elsewhere can subscribe as well.

The customer journey

1. Choose a plan on the pricing page — monthly or yearly, with a free trial on most plans.
2. Checkout at 2minutestore.com/subscribe: business name, store web address, contact details, and optional Starter Kits. No account is needed beforehand. The order summary shows the amount due today and the recurring price, in PKR (and approximately in other currencies).
3. Payment. Free-trial orders pay nothing today. Paid orders get an order reference and are paid by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash; card and wallet payment by an online payment gateway is being added (see Payments).
4. Confirmation. The customer confirms their email. When the payment is confirmed (or straight away for a free trial) the store is created with the chosen kits, and the customer receives a link to set their password.
5. Using the store. The owner adds or edits products, connects their courier and payment details, shares the store link, and receives orders from their own customers. Their customers pay the store directly (cash on delivery, bank transfer, wallets) — not through 2 Minute Store.
6. Billing. The owner sees their plan, trial, renewal and next-payment dates in My Plan & Billing. If a renewal is not paid, the owner is emailed and the store gets a 14-day grace period; it is then hidden from shoppers for 30 days (it can be reopened by paying), and is then switched off.
7. Cancelling and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy: free trial first, cancel any time, and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

How we earn

Our income is the plan subscriptions and paid Starter Kits described above. We do not take a commission on the sales stores make, and we do not resell their customers' data.
